The STAT curriculum is designed to help you understand Secondary Traumatic Stress (STS) and provide ways to mitigate its effects through the use of self-care techniques and a variety of helpful resources. STAT is a five-module, self-paced course geared toward pre-K thru grade 12 teachers and school administrators.
Many children will return to school still grappling with the emotional toll of the crisis. This guide helps schools address trauma and anxiety through an equity lens, helping students heal from both individual and collective trauma.
